All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
These Terms apply to the sale of products from Toém Beauty to consumers (private individuals) purchasing through our online store. Separate agreements apply for business-to-business purchases.
3. Prices & Taxes
All prices on our website are listed in NOK or SEK depending on your location, and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

All payments are processed securely via encrypted payment gateways.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to addresses in Norway and Sweden. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location and are calculated at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
6. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or Norway, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please notify us via our contact form within the 14-day period. You must return the products in their original, unused condition. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
7. Returns & Complaints
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please contact us through our Contact Us page with a description and photo of the issue.
If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping and either send a replacement product or issue a refund of the purchase amount.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Toém Beauty shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products, website, or services.
